The HC PRO equipment is made of durable and high quality 3 mm thick steel profile.

Rollers and bearings with wire rope are made of extremely durable and wear-resistant metal. The rollers are moving in any direction on the machine, so you can conveniently choose your location by doing different exercises. Cables run from both the bottom and the top to provide more options.

The combination of a crossover, upper and lower pulley, is a versatile training tool in the gym, which allows you to perform different sets of movements and exercises.

The exercises that can be done with the crossover:

  • Cross cable chest fly: This exercise focuses on training the pectoral muscles.
  • Cross cable uppercut: This exercise strengthens the shoulder muscles and upper body strength.
  • Cross cable rotation: This movement works the abdominal muscles and core muscles.

It is important to consider when purchasing a crossover:

  • Crossover pulleys / metal rollers in which the wire moves lighten the selected weight pack weight to a quarter of the original. 
    In other words, the weight package of 120 kilos has a load of 30 kilos, etc.
  • The selected weight pack cannot be changed or enlarged later. The reason for this is that of vertical drivers the attachments are always made to the right size for each stack of printing and even if there are quite a few guides in the same openings, so the center pin to which the weights are attached is always the right size for its own weight pack and cannot be "stretched" to meet the needs of a larger print pack.

The 140-kilos weight stacks in crossover are also sufficient for those who have advanced and can also be practiced with its stretchers and biceps without running out of weights.
